感謝您選擇李順渠老師工作室（以下簡稱「本工作室」、「我們」）的傳統智慧諮詢服務。 本退款與取消政策說明本工作室各項諮詢服務的付款、退款、取消與改期安排。 當您完成預約或付款，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意本政策的內容。本政策應與本工作室的 《服務條款》一併閱讀。
本工作室提供的服務為量身定制、以時間為基礎的個人諮詢服務。 由於每一次諮詢均需老師預留專屬時段並投入相應的準備與分析， 相關費用於服務完成後恕不退還（All sales are final）。 我們建議您在預約及付款前，先透過助教團隊充分了解服務內容與流程，以確保服務符合您的需求。
在下列情況下，您有資格申請全額退款：
上述以外之情況（包括但不限於您對諮詢內容或分析結果的個人主觀感受）， 恕不構成退款理由，敬請理解。
如您因故無法於預約時間出席，歡迎於諮詢開始前至少 24 至 48 小時 聯絡助教團隊， 我們將竭誠協助您改期。作為誠意之舉，每筆預約可於合理範圍內安排改期一次； 改期並不等同退款，未使用之費用將保留作為後續諮詢之用。
若您未於預約時間出席（失約），或未於前述時限內提出取消或改期， 該次諮詢之費用將視為已使用而不予退還。若您遲到，諮詢仍將於原定時間結束， 恕不順延，敬請準時出席。
如您符合上述「可退款之情況」，請透過電郵 shunquli@gmail.com 與我們聯繫，並提供您的姓名、預約日期、付款憑證及退款原因。 我們將於收到申請後的 5 至 10 個工作日 內完成審核與處理。 經核准之退款將循原付款方式退回；款項到帳時間可能因您的付款服務供應商或發卡機構而有所不同。
本工作室之諮詢建立於命理學、風水學等傳統文化體系之上，其性質為文化傳承與生活參考， 所有內容僅供參考，並非對任何未來結果的保證或承諾，亦不構成醫療、法律、財務或心理治療等專業建議。 對諮詢內容之個人主觀滿意度，不屬本政策所述之退款範圍。
我們可能不時修訂本政策，修訂後的版本將於本頁面公佈，並註明最新更新日期。 您於修訂後繼續使用本工作室的服務，即表示您接受經修訂的政策內容。

Thank you for choosing the traditional wisdom consultation services of Shui Yue Studio ("the Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payment, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for our consultation services. By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Our services are personalized, time-based individual consultations. Because each consultation requires Master Lily to reserve a dedicated time slot and carry out the corresponding preparation and analysis, all fees are final and non-refundable once the service has been delivered. We encourage you to speak with our assistant team to fully understand the scope and process of a service before booking or paying, to ensure it meets your needs.
You are eligible to request a full refund in the following circumstances:
Circumstances other than the above — including, without limitation, your personal or subjective feelings about the content or findings of a consultation — do not constitute grounds for a refund.
If you are unable to attend at your booked time, please contact our assistant team at least 24 to 48 hours before the consultation, and we will be glad to help you reschedule. As a gesture of goodwill, each booking may be rescheduled once within reason. Rescheduling is not the same as a refund; any unused fee is retained toward a future consultation.
If you do not attend at your booked time (a no-show), or do not request a cancellation or reschedule within the timeframe above, the fee for that consultation is treated as used and is non-refundable. If you arrive late, the consultation will still end at its originally scheduled time and will not be extended, so please arrive punctually.
If you qualify under the "Eligible Exceptions" above, please contact us at shunquli@gmail.com with your name, booking date, proof of payment, and the reason for your request. We will review and process your request within 5 to 10 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method; the time for funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider or card issuer.
The Studio's consultations are rooted in cultural systems such as Chinese metaphysics and Feng Shui, offered as cultural heritage and lifestyle reference. All content is for reference only and is not a guarantee or promise of any future outcome, nor does it constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological/therapeutic advice. Personal or subjective satisfaction with the content of a consultation falls outside the scope of refunds described in this Policy.
We may revise this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page along with an updated "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Studio's services after any revisions take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
